Airports Authority of India (AAI) has released the official notification for AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 for the Northern Region. This recruitment is being conducted for Graduate, Diploma, and ITI Apprentices under the Apprentices Act, 1961 for the training year 2025–26.
AAI Regional Headquarters (Northern Region), New Delhi is inviting online applications from eligible candidates who are domiciled in Chandigarh, Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Leh Ladakh, Madhya Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and Uttarakhand. The apprenticeship training period will be one year, and the last date to apply online is 22 March 2026.

Stipend
- Graduate Apprentice: ₹15,000 per month
- Diploma Apprentice: ₹12,000 per month
- ITI Apprentice: ₹9,600 per month
Educational Qualification
Graduate Apprentice
Candidates must have B.E / B.Tech degree or BCA in the relevant discipline from a recognized university approved by AICTE.
Diploma Apprentice
Candidates must have a 3-year engineering diploma in the relevant discipline.
ITI Apprentice
Candidates must have ITI / NCVT certificate in trades such as Computer Operator Programming Assistant or Steno.
Candidates who passed degree or diploma in or after 2022 are eligible to apply.
Age Limit
- Minimum Age: 18 Years
- Maximum Age: 26 Years
Age will be calculated as on 31 March 2026. Age relaxation will be applicable as per Government of India rules.
AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Selection Process
The selection process will be conducted as follows:
- Shortlisting based on marks in qualifying examination
- Document Verification
- Medical Fitness Certificate
- Final Merit List
In case of same marks, date of birth and passing year will be considered for deciding merit.
AAI Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Exam Pattern
There will be no written examination for this recruitment.
Selection will be based on marks obtained in the qualifying examination, followed by document verification and medical fitness.
