Group A Posts (Max Age: 35 Years):
- Assistant Registrar: Master’s Degree with 55% marks
- Assistant Librarian: Master’s in Library Science, NET/SLET/SET
- SAS Officer: Master’s in Physical Education/Sports Science + Physical Fitness Test
- Executive Engineer: B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Electrical with 1st class
Group B Posts (Max Age: 30 Years):
- Technical Assistant: B.E./B.Tech/MCA or Diploma/Science Degree
- Superintendent: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree with computer knowledge

NIT Goa Non-Teaching Recruitment 2025 Selection Process
The selection will be done in two stages:
Stage 1 – Written Test (90 minutes, MCQ format):
- General Knowledge
- Reasoning
- Quantitative Aptitude
- Computer Fundamentals
- Domain-specific questions
Stage 2 – Skill Test:
- Qualifying in nature (No marks counted)
- Shortlisting: 10 times the number of vacancies
Final merit will be based on marks in Stage 1 (only those who qualify Stage 2).
